Job Summary
Maison Mathis is looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Junior Hostess to join the Front-of-House team for its upcoming opening in Dubai South.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Maintain accurate reservations and guest information.
- Manage bookings using SevenRooms.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and restaurant management to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Handle guest requests and provide professional assistance.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Support the Front-of-House team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous hostess or restaurant experience preferred.
- SevenRooms knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
